This Guy sold me a "spoon" plug cover, that was shipped to me damaged. The cover has about 30 cracks in it and the tabs are broken. Plus I have been told it is not even a real spoon cover. Now this *** doesnt answer my pms, ever since he sold it to me and he hasnt posted once in his own thread. I have emailed him, disputed with paypal, and the last step is to go to this bitch's house. Does anybody know this guy?

Paypal is a joke, this is the message they sent me...it took them a whole 5-10 mins when I made my claim to send me their response..."Our investigation into your claim is complete. As stated in our User Agreement, the claims process only applies to the shipment of goods. It does not apply to complaints about the attributes or quality of goods received. Therefore, we are unable to reverse this transaction or issue a refund." expletive YOU PAYPAL

 

the only way to claim is to say that he sent you the wrong item and won't return your money. goodluck with scammers. i've dealt with a few here and there

 

Have you checked with the shipping company to see if they will refund you the money for damage during transit?

it wasnt done in transit, it was shipped damaged...it was actually boxed and shipped correct, the box was huge for such a small piece.
