Default Dealership and Timing Belt/Pump Replacement

I have a somewhat well modified EJ8, Nitrous, fuel system on and on... But my question is I want to replace the timing belt and water pump but due to the cold weather and lack of tools at the moment will the dealer do the replacement? Or will they not even touch it?

Good too know I will have to schedule it up. For such things as that I prefer OEM parts.
