sup guys
i got 07 civic last year november but my car won't start
in rain or cold
actually it starts, but very hard to start or sometimes fails to start,
it has very weak cranking sound, and with rpm so low
however it has only 2000miles on it
i went to dealer and they said that they checked downloaded codes from car, checked battery but they didn't find anything
i left my car overnight at dealer so that they could try to start the engine in the morning, but they couldn't get it to happen, they stated that it started fine,
i talked to service director guy and he put new battery
but today, it seems to happen again
imma try to start the engine at 4 am in the morning
did anyone had same problem as me?
or anyone has suggestion?
if dealer can't fix problem i can sue them right?
im so depressed...

that sucks to hear. i would say make a video of what is happening and take it into honda, might not work but at least they could see/hear what is going on. honda will always say that your car is running fine. if you feel that you have a major problem, then take legal action if all other resources are used.
you cant sue them...
but say they find out whats wrong with it, fix it and give it back to you and it starts doing it again, then they fix it again, and it does it again and they fix it again and it does it again then they have to give you a new car

that is a great idea, becaus then they will see whats happening, becaus since its not happening at the dealer that would help them see whats going on, might be the only way to get your car fixed becaus right now you have no "proof", well its not that you dont have any proof your cars having trouble starting in the cold its just that the dealer hasnt been able to see it happen so they have no idea what is going on technicaly

here in Maryland the lemon law is 3 times for the same problem. if it can not be fixed within 15 months or 15000 miles wich ever comes 1st. they have to buy the car back or give you a new one. but they pro rate it so you might not get the full amount you paid. again thats MD it might be diffrent in CALI. good luck!
