i have a 89 honda civic si with a 92 ls motor. the question i need to know im not getting spark at all what are some reason that happening

That's really an odd question? Need more details buddy. I bet you'll get 100 replys and you'll have to buy the parts we say is wrong. Please be more specific.

 

im not getting spark i put a spark plug on the spark plug wire and i sat it on my fram and there was no spark at all

 

try a known working dizzy

Check the rotor, cap and igniter individually because a dizzy cost $$$. buying parts separately saves you $$$

 

i just put on new rotor and cap so i knock those things off

 

i tryed my friend dizzy and still nothing happen

 

check the harness connectors and capacitor on the outside of the dizzy

 

i just put a new/used engine harness in but still nothin but before i was getting spark now it just stop. my car been sitting does dat have anything to do with it

 

Check any and all electrical components
