Sway brackets, D-brackets, bushings, bolts, endlinks, subframe brace (for larger sways), and sway bar.

What rear sway are you thinking about putting?

Seems everyone enjoys the 22mm ITR bar. But i hear good things about the ASR 24mm bar. Or you could go all out and get the 32mm ASR hollow bar. Obviously there are a lot more options for sway bars out there. pretty much the question is how stiff do you want the suspension?

I am looking for a pretty stiff suspension. Almost trying to slide the rear out.

Then you'll want the biggest bar you can get. The 32mm ASR bar is very pricey though. $570 on JHPUSA. Especially when the 24mm car is only $170. I personally have the Blox 21mm sway on my car and i enjoy it very much.

You will seeing as how your car didn't come with a stock sway bar.

When looking for a properly size bar you need to look at the whole setup. You can't just expect a rear bar to make the car handle really well. Spring rates and front bar are just one of many things to consider. For a real race car its not a one size fits all for every car.

I dont think so. There should be mounting holes in the stock lca's. Correct me if i am wrong. Heres a set of stock 99 ex lca's.

The 92-95 if not equipped with a sway bar from the factory didn't have mounting holes. 96-00 however did like the one shown in your example.

If you are looking to Auto-x it's usually suggested that you run your car a few times so you can get a general idea as to what you want to do to it to change how it handles.

The 24mm and the 32mm bars are generally considered a bit too hairy for the street.

I'd do springs and shocks before doing sways. Also, don't do rear sway w/o considering the front.

here are two threads I've recently been involved in that talk about spring rates/track use/auto-x etc. (I'm not gonna waste everyone's time by retyping...)

(I'm sure there are more, relevant discussions on spring rates and auto-x setups on the web and this site, but these may be a good start for you...)

I have been to about 5-6 auto x events already. I have a general idea of what I need.

I haven't crossed out springs and struts yet. I am just trying to start crappy and improve little by little. Right now, I have too much understeer and I figure that the rear sway bar will help that out for right now. I also have the factory front sway bar and was informed that changing the front sway bar would be kind of pointless. Thanks for the info.

I didn't know that you had a factory front sway already (that'll teach me to do my research) and I agree that Hondas understeer like crazy from the factory (no matter what anyone says) especially in an auto-x situation. I prefer that my cars rotate at a moment's notice as well. I also realize that a sway is a boatload cheaper than springs + shocks (and will, ultimately introduce some oversteer - though, if I knew my stuff, I would have realized you had a front sway, so adding a rear wasn't the big deal I made it out to be).

However, the reason I was suggesting that you might want to consider springs and shocks first was that its easier to get your sways right if you get the spring rates set up to your liking first. One school of thought on this (especially on a FWD Honda, where the rear spring rates are lower than the fronts) is to set up the rear suspension with a higher natural frequency than the front - in practice, on a Honda, this usually means getting approximately the same spring rates all the way around.

Again, one opinion, one school of thought, just responding to this question a little too thoroughly:
