yea, so im cheap and i was like "what the hey, i want to lower my car" and have heard mixed results with"ebay" coilover sleeves so i forked out the 50 dollars or so and got them.i put them on in the summer with no negative results except for blowing out my stock shocks which i knew would happen(i already had tokico replacements sitting in the garage).yesterday i got tired of bouncing up and down like a trampoline and switched them out with my tokicos and looky what i found:
booya!!

yea so i learned the hard way but i got them off in time before any harm was done to my car or myself, and now i will invest in a nice set of name-brand coilover sleeves-the end
cliff notes:bought ebay *****,ebay ***** broke, learned my lesson.

yeah I bought some ebay coilovers too but this never happened to them. Mine would have probably have looked like that if I still had them on but I finally wised up and bought some Buddy Club N+ dampers and so far they are the best investment I have made
it breaks my heahahahahehaheaheahhhahehheart
ebay still isn't a manufacturer, the "name" would always be nice.
so when people come here and say "should i get jdmdropz coil overs on ebay for 50" they'll find this post.

dude i honestly dont remember the knockoff namebrand jdmmadtytecoiloversleevs? lol.i remember the sellers name but dont want to give him a bad rep,i got what i paid for,5 months of lowered abuse.i would suggest not buying any coilover sleeves for 50 dollars from ebay unless they are used skunk2 or something with some r&d.i posted these pics for the amusement of others and to warn against buying noname crap ,not for pity, i actually laughed when i saw the split coilover.

I think it may have broken because the sleeve is upside down.
Either way, your better off with something more quality.

I have purchased multiple sets for my track car......I used the different springs (rates) in conjunctoun with my Omni coilovers and yielded great results. Springs are springs. It is all in the shock.
reminds me of this time i was trapped in this swedish mining camp. all i had was a pack of gum, three quarters, a sock full of nickels, and a tube of ky. somehow i managed to escape, with a bum full of nickles, and a fresh stick of gum in my mouth.
