Myth or Fact? Lifetime warranty on seatbelts

Default Myth or Fact? Lifetime warranty on seatbelts
I've got a '90 Wagon and the driver-side seatbelt motor quit working. All of the wiring under the seat is fine and the passenger side works like it should.

I've heard people say that seatbelts and related parts are lifetime warranty and Honda will fix them for free. Is this true?
