Recently stripped my eh to nothing for a full color change put it back together now this is my problem doesn't crank, main relay doesn't click, check engine doesn't come on. any answers? I've been searching for awhile... btw i have a new main relay

 

thermostat ground
trans-chassis ground

the ECU controls those things, the ECU gets its ground from the thermostat, the thermostat ground path runs to the battery through the trans-chassis ground.
also check your underhood fuses.

 

i think i might need to take more paint off for the tranny ground to the frame iam definately convinced its paint blocking a ground ill try taking a little bit of paint off

quick check for that, a jumper cable clamped to the ground terminal of the battery to the nub of the trans ground. If everything starts working you found the problem.

 

it was the tranny ground thanks alot
