Default overheating need help!!!!

I have a ls/vtec with new internals and ported head, the problem is after i installed it my engine is running hot. All the switches and electrical works. I also made a switch to keep the fan running all time. When the thermostat was in the car the gauge was close to the H and i blow my radiator. After i took out the thermostat the engine is still hot, but only goes to half instead of the H. There is also alot of pressure build up in my cooling system. It only takes it five mins before the top and bottom hose is extremly hot to the touch. Right now im running it with out the thermostat, please help or any suggestions is welcome. I did a search already but it still is vague and need help to my integra.
engine is ls/vtec in a 95 rs teg

get your coolant flushed (not just drained) check your radiator checked out and when you put new fluid in drop a bottle of Redline Water Wetter in with it.....theres not much we can do over the internet without looking at it in person

Did you try changing the thermostat, not just taking it out? You are sure there are no air pockets and that you are completely full on coolant?

i haven't had the coolant flushed repalced but my radiator and thermostat from the old engine was working fine. Just that i don't know where the high pressure build up is coming from. I took my head off and the block gaurd had the holes dilled in the wrong places. Can this cause my high pressure and hot coolant.

plus when it gets hot all the water goes to the overflow bottle but it doesn't return back to the radiator.
