Default New throttle body= high Idle

Alrigtht so my TPS went bad on my throttle body and my buddy had a b16 (I also have a b16) throttle body with the sensors so he gave it to me. I put my car tonight and now my idle is high. It is around 3k rpm. How do I fix the high idle? Also there is one extra nipple on the throttle body on the top and my old on didn't have one. What goes on that nipple? Could this be what is causing my problem? Thanks for the help!

You have a vacum leak, just plug that nipple and you will be fine.

Try capping off that nipple you are talking about, its a vacumme port. But if it still persists on high idle, try adjusting your idle using the idle screw located on the throttle body. Screw in to lower idle, unscrew to raise idle. But to properly set it, unplug your iacv, start the car and then adjust the screw to set it around 500rpmish. Then plug back in the iacv and clear the CEL (from unplugging the iacv) and restart it.
