anyone using OBX or the stuff from ebay? recommendations?

OEM cat = no cel

aftermarket = mostlikely cel unless it is a quality cat

no i mean a cat. i like the idea of cleaner air. some of the cats on ebay claim "oem"-like and 49-50 state epa approved...etc

thats what im asking. who makes a quality $150 cat?
