yes. if you pulled your own axle and it got messed up then theres your problem. im not sure how common they go back by themselfs though.

It is quite possible, considering the axle seal is directly above the drain plug. Does it look like that's where the oil is coming from?
Axle seals are not expensive, but you have to remove the axle to install one. If you have all the correct tools and have changed an axle before, it shouldn't take you more than an hour. If you haven't removed an axle before, I'd suggest having a more experienced buddy help you out and show you how to do it without damaging the ball joint. You will need a 36mm socket (preferably with a pneumatic impact gun powering it) and a ball joint separator. Some folks can pop the ball joint free without a special tool.

i am guessing that right axle is going bad cuz we found grease in some areas and it was hit in that right fender section from the previous owner so i am guessing thats my problem

I'm not sure about AutoZone, but the OE part number for a '95 Accord 5MT right axle seal is 91206-PX5-005 and it should cost you $7.55 at any Honda dealership.

Is the left axle seal leaking?
If so, change the left one too. You will need to remove both axles in that case.

WASHERS seem to be such a minor thing, but they are very crucial when it comes to automobiles. just my .02
