I have a 96 HB, with the stock motor. Is there any different kinda manifold I can replace the stock one with?

 

yes, look for an oem d16y8 intake mani. consider it the "type r" or sohc intake manifolds.

 

What year of car does the intake come from?? and what all do I need to make the conversion?

 

y8 came on the sohc vtec motors. And why are you looking to change manifolds? its not going to make a big difference.

 

actually it does make a diffrence.
they come on ex models equipped with vtec.
and i think hx.
there is a write up on how to do it.

its cheap as hell and will make a slight difference...thats why.
