Default distributor question

just wondering if B-series and D-series distributors are inter-changeable. I'm looking to put a 1996 D16Y7 obd-2 distributor on a 1995 B18B1 obd-1 engine.

I'm using my car harness (DX) to do a B18B swap and it'd just be easier if I could switch the distribtors, if not I have a bit of wiring to do which isn't a big deal anyways. Thanks in advance!
