Looks like it.. i was little unhappy for 30 sec and install tires.. lol

I already purchase stock Honda H center caps.. just need time to sand and paint

I tried to put my JDM ITR "H" centercaps in my 16" CE28Ns and they do not fit. The center hole is too small.
