needs trouble codes fixed. but don't know where to start.

Default needs trouble codes fixed. but don't know where to start.

ok the trouble codes are code 8 tdc sensor. and code 20 electrical load detector.
this is on a HF engine with a HF ecu. and i have no clue where to start. any info would helpme alot.

The best I could guess would be to try and swap a dizzy with a known good one.
The eld is part of the underhood fuse box, also try and swap with a known good one

well the thing is i have a new distributor on there now. and these 2 codes are still there.

You can reset the ecu by removing the negative battery cable and hold the cable for 10 secs and then tighten it back on post and turn key on to START position. Wait til light goes out then RUN position the ECu is reset. You can also remove #10 fuse for 10 secs.
