Default GS-R Motor Build (Help with Ideas!)

Hi, I'm new to this whole website bottom line.. and new to the Import/Honda scene..

Well, I'm planning on getting a 1994 Honda Civic Coupe Non-Hatch (SHELL), and looking forward to buying a B18C1 (GS-R) swap. I'm not sure what all I'd have to do/check to ensure the swap will be successful?

Well, overall, I'd like some ideas to bring up some high numbers.. Like a lot of friends are telling me I should look forward to camming it out, high priority. Next, getting high-compression pistons.

I'm pretty stuck after that.

As far as the transmission set-up goes, I'm pretty lost.. I found a good GS-R motor (locally), but it's missing the tranny and I need this to be a Daily-Driver until I have the most or the COMPLETE upgrade list. So, my friend says for now I can user a B16 tranny, which will do okay?

Any ideas? ..cons?
Throw you honesty out towards me, please.

When you have the shell/motor purchased with cash left over, come back and see us....and tell us what your budget is. Right now, all we're doin is bench racing.

Well, see the thing is.. I might just get a running Daily Driver for now, still the EG Coupe.. I just will buy the GS-R swap after a couple of weeks, and buy parts and work on it in the mean time.

..so basically, an "over-time" project swap..

..as far as the budget goes, hmm.. 5-6K excluding any labor work needed by shop.
