Hey does anyone know if I can clean this little SOB because its the only code showing up after the swap. If I can what do I do? Thanks.
What exactly do you mean...because there isn't really any such part. You have 2 things combined:
Intake Air Temp Sensor (IAT) or
Idle Air Control Valve (IACV)
There generally isn't a need to clean the temp sensor, but people do sometimes clean out the iacv

which one do you have?
10 - IAT
14 - IACV
the IAT CEL right after a swap is a common problem.
cause: the EVAP purge and IAT plugs are switched.
solution, replace the IAT, switch the plugs so they are correct.
IATs seldom go bad under normal operation.
IACVs on the ohter hand are different. The random bumping around and various smacks that the AICV gets since it's mounted to the outside of the intake mani tend to screw it up.
simply replace it.
