help with bent steering column 00 civic coupe

Default help with bent steering column 00 civic coupe

the combo switches like the turn signals and wiper combo switches are bent, is there away to straighten this? I have the steering wheele and srs off but i cant figure out how to line up, can anyone help me? btw i seached and found nothing.

Your best bet is to just replace the steering column. This is very common after accidents and theft (or attempted theft).

i fixed mine, it was the bracket that holds the top of the steering column, the closest bracket to the ignition, i just took it out, pounded the arms straight and it is straight again! good luck!
