Default Clunking noise only when rolling (not when in gear or engaging brake)

I got a 1990 Honda CRX HF with a D16y8, KYB Struts, Sprint Springs, GSR Fat Fives on 205/55/15 tires, Ghetto Cat-Back, and I have a problem.

I just bought the car about two weeks ago, and just about a week ago, the car started making a 'clunking' noise whenever i'm driving down the street and ROLLING. If I am in gear and accelerating, or applying the brake, it doesn't make the noise. I jacked up the car and checked all the lug nuts, all good. I tried spinning the wheels when the car was jacked up to get it to make the noise, but couldn't. I even tried just putting it in gear and letting it drive to about 20 and the put it in neutral to simulate the actual scenario. Anyone have an idea? Thanks in advanced!

Is it coming from the engine bay or from side of the suspension. I am suspecting that the car is lowered way too low and the tires on gsr rims are clunking the struts or a tie rod bushing is worn out and just wobbling and creating a clunking noise on front crossmember. Post a short video clip.

I can't pinpoint where the noise is coming from it [/i]sounds[/i] like the front driver wheel, which was why I tried to duplicate the situation by 'driving' it while it was jacked up, but it wouldn't make the sound. The car isn't that lowered, there is still a bit of wheel gap. I will try to get a video clip I gotta find the charger for my camera.

PS- Hard to explain, but the 'clunk' noise is like, (lol this sounds retarded) "clunk, clunk, clunk" like clunks once per spin of the tire. Its also not really loud.

Checked em that was the first thing I thought of.

As far as feeling it in the steering wheel, I am starting to be able to now, I couldn't before, its slowly getting worse. It didn't do this when I acquired the car, 3 weeks ago might I add. I tried getting a video but my exhaust is too damn loud to hear the clunking ><
