Default Tail light problem!! Need help!!

So I just found out today that one of my tail lights was leaking. I took it out and put in my old ones but noticed that my brake lights arent correct anymore. When my headlights are on the 3rd brake light stays on but when the headlights are off and I brake the front corners turn on and my dash lights dim out. Any ideas on what it could be??

Short to ground and a fuse is blowing up. May be a wire is exposed to metal and shorted the fuse and therefore dimming stuff up. Check the harness and their looms. Solder broken wires or strayed wires.

The only thing the rain would do is form rust on the contact points and increasing resistance. And possibly restrict the flow of electricity and blow a fuse..
