those arent schmidts im almost positive there tracers... there like 2000 or so a wheel i know a local guys whos rocking a set on his gti...

A lot of VW guys make custom caps for their wheels, looking exactly like that spike.
If you look on the Vortex there are lots of users with those caps on their BBS, etc wheels.
