Default Bringing an ej2 back to life

I bought this thing for $200 in mid november after my hatch was stolen. It had been sitting in this guys backyard for roughly 18 months with no motor, no brakes and no interior. It sounds pretty bleak, but it doesn't have any rust at all.

the hatch before it was stolen:

Day 1
My uncle towed it for me and I stripped out the sound deadening.

Day 2
I picked up some skunk2 pro series coilovers

Started assembling the interior

Picked up some 14" optional ek/del sol wheels with new tires

Got a new harness

Apex n1

That's after 2 weeks. Now the work begins...

I swapped in 97 ex front brakes

Dropped in a d16y7 w/ z6 trans, y8 intake manifold and xtd 6puck unsprung

rolled her outside for the first time

finished the interior

December 12, my hatch was found

last week

I drove it for 4 days, the pressure plate warped but i kept driving anyway. I ended up burning up the 1st and 2nd gear synchros and destroyed the trans. I swapped in a new one without knowing the clutch was the issue and now I have to take it out again. I haven't decided what I wanna do with the hatch so right now this thing is my dd when school starts in 2 weeks.

As it sits right now:

94 dx
suspension:
skunk2 pro series coilovers
97 ex front knuckles
neuspeed front strut bar
optional ek/del sol wheels painted black

interior:
optional audio console
armrest
canadian sir cluster
usdm clock
gutted rear
all sound deadening taken out

exterior:
jdm tailights

motor:
d16y7
d16y8 intake manifold/throttle body/fuel rail
xtd 6 puck unsprung clutch (JUNK) warped after 350 miles
had a d16z6 trans, now has a d15b8 cx trans
generic sri
stock exhaust (inspection sticker went bad in november)

Lol, minus the clutch that's the exact motor/trans/im combo I have (edit, dont have the cx trans )

Take those rotors to O'Reilley's and get them resurfaced.. It only costs like 10/rotor.. And get some more pads..

New parts+pics of my old clutch

exedy stage1 disk+heavy duty pressure plate
new iacv
new window crank from honda
new ek fuel line from honda
cf air duct (might be a j's, not sure)

and the old (brand new) clutch:

The teeth are pointing in when the clutch is bolted down

and when the pp is off they point up=too much meat on pp

My disk has moved a 1/4" (notice the second second of marks where the studs are)

to the left:

to the right:

garbage.

Did you get that air duct from user jbs? He sells very similar ones but in fiberglass, never seen it in CF.
