don't you live in Canada? that wud be the reason why, but it isn't that hard but it wud be easier with the engine out, but it can still be done, just more of a headache, if you wanna make your own ,then buy brake and fuel lines from autozone, or advance auto parts, and get a double flare tool and tubing benders, etc. lines from them are cheap or you can buy like 20feet line from them and cut at what lenght you want
