I recently purchased a 99 civic dx with a spun bearing for cheap so i picked up a jdm d15b non vtec to replace the motor. Well i got the motor and just now realized they do not have the crank angle sensor on the oil pump like the usdm motors. my question is can i just get a jdm ecu and will this eliminate my problem or am i going to have to swap oil pumps and use the usdm ecu? thanks so much for any help in advance.
