Default Brake Pressure Worse After Bleeding Syetem

after inspecting the rear drums on my 94 dx my friends and i bled the system and the brake pressure was worse then before the bled it. soon after (the next day) we did a rear disc conversion to do away with drums entirely and the pressure still isn't up!

the pressure was never this low before any of this and now i can hardly stop!
help?

Did you have the tube that goes over the bleeder screw in a fresh bottle of fluid when you bled them?

Air will get into the brake lines via that tube if not placed in fluid.
