my recently acquired midori EK: build thread

ill try to update with parts and such asap im workin alot right now but i wanted to start it and show everyone some pics.. of what it looked like when i first got it..
its a 96 midori green hatch

kinda blurry

single slam

sideways shot

how it started

livingroom build 101

how it sits now in the dining room.. puttin cams and doing timing hopefully tonight...

motor setup:
BLOCK
01 ITR
jdm itr p7300 pistons
acl full race bearrings
honda piston rings
arp rod bolts,headstuds,flywheel bolts
10 pound flywheel
act heavy duty clutch
hytech replica 2.5 header
HEAD
supertech springs and retainers
valve job
ITR intake Manifold ported a bit
ITR TB
s2pro1 cams
TUNING
running chipped p28 with basemap for setup (crome)
MSD full ignition setup
TRANSMISSION
b16a2 trans hoping to get LSD

let me know what ya think... i know car pics are a lil blurry.. it was dark as hell and not so good pics, but ill post more.. i made a few small changes.. ill try and get them up today

of course im keeping it midori lol.. i would never ruin a beautiful color like midori lol... ill try to keep it updated as much as possible... thx for all the support.. and ill try to get some better pics..

o yea what kinda lips look pretty good and fit EK's?? R lips or what?? honestly dont know what fits... kinda used to EG's lol

o yea my livingroom build is on the 3rd story of my complex lol... its gonna be fun getting it down lol... o well gotta bring it to my garage sometime lol... im actually scared of dropping it lol...

Looks good!

IMO the SiR lip looks the best on these cars. Getting all the moldings nice and black again makes the biggest impact on the exterior.

yea my fiance made me move some stuff around and promise it leaves soon.... basically she doesnt think a motor makes a good kitchen table...

im trying to get the motor in within a few weeks.. gotta finish putting together my daily lol...

anyways dyno numbers will be here asap along with better pics and as the process continues..

so yea i just picked up some new suspension from a friend of mine today after work and cant wait to put them on...

thats right TEIN SUPER STREETS!!! now hopefully i like em

o btw thx all for the support.. things are movin to slow for my taste but hopefully moves faster when my daily driver is running..

so yea sorry guys been super busy at work and have not taken new pics of car or done anything special... im gonna try to take new pics sunday.. lol... anyway hope everyone like my project...

o yea how do the passwordjdm jdm fendors fit?? im thinkin bout pickin them up...

my purchases im tryin to fund right now are blox lower control arms, ASr subframe and R sway bar, my ETD traction bar, and last but not least my spoon N1 exhaust... should be coming this month!!!
