Default Air only warm. Replaced thermostat. Now have NO heat...

(89 CRX Si)

I had heat problems with this car since I bought it. It would only blow warm. Would take 20 minutes to warm the cabin up but by then all the windows would fog and I'd have to crack a window.

The valve opens, no coolant leaks anywhere (including heater core), and I just replaced the thermostat with a 193 degree from AutoZone. The car now runs cooler and the air never even blows warm. (The old thermostat was still functional upon removal. THe car has never overheated.)

Any ideas???
