i just did a swap for my cb

it cranks but wont start wat are some way of checking timing that work
trying top dead center its ok have not performed spark plug test

have you tested for spark yet?

 

TDC your crank and see if your cams are TDC

check for spark

make sure your ignition coil is plugged in ;p

make sure your firing order is right

check fuses

any CEL?

 

fuses are good
but turns but no spark
cleaned spark plugs
distributor is top dead center

i have not been able to connect 4 codes
not sure if the firing order is the same as 4 ludes and my accord
coil is plugged in

 

firing order should be the same

 

if you have a multimeter check the coil and see if it's within spec.

 

is ur car enternal or external coil, and what about the distributor is it enternal or external?

sounds like ur dizzy is bad, if u had a buddy wit the same motor u could try his dizzy and make sure u r geting power to your coil.
