It's wierd.... I have heard the exact opposite. I have heard just to spin em and get the dirt of them. That is what I have been doing. I get 2.0 60ft's all day.

Hmmm... maybe I should try a burnout

friend of mine got a 2.0 from 555 drags
with the BFG i believe he got 1.9 with a nice burn out

DO A HUGE BURN OUT! they are like slicks, they like to be heated up. BFG's can do 1.9's.

How many launches can I squeeze out form the tires until they are gone.
considering i have put over 6k miles on them daily driving w/ weekend track use. if all u r using them for is track use they will last a long long time.
