For those who use short shifter. need your advise, please
i am thinking of getting skunk2 or b&m dual bend short shifter for my eg hatch but i am worry about they might hit against the intermediate exhaust pipe, because short shifters have higher pivot points which means longer length from pivot ball to the end where the bolt goes in.
anyone? appreciate

i've never seen a shifter that fit so low that you couldn't just bend the hangers a little to stop any contact.</TD></TR></TABLE>
oh i forgot to mention. i am running stock intermediate piping.

I run the skunk2 short throw and a tanabe midpipe. When I hit bumps my shifter will hit my pipe.
The only reason I chimed in was because this didn't happen when I had my gsr shifter.

Just get an ITR shifter. I'm very happy with mine. I used to have a Skunk2 then a Pace Setter (adjustable ball), and a B&M. Those all banged my exhaust on bumps and ****. Much happier with the stock ITR which is decently short but also stock/OEM and is the perfect length that doesn't touch the exhaust
Im using a Skunk2 in my car with a apex-i n1 i took off one of the b-pipe hangers and its clears it just fine.
