My sister's DX has radiator issues, and I'm trying to get her one from the j-yard or classifieds.
My question is which civics and integras can be donors? Trim? Year?

Aye. Crazyguy hit it on the head.
Make sure if the DX is an auto you get one out of an auto car so you will be able to hook up the cooler lines. If its a manual you can use one from either.

The full-length Teg radiators can work, if you don't have a/c in the Civic. Also even though ones from B-series Civics (99-00 Si, del Sol VTEC) will fit properly, the inlets are larger so hose fitment could be an issue.
