Default Swap on 97 civic... HELP please

I am swapping out the stock motor on my 97 civic hx for a LS 1.8 Teg motor. What would be some of the best Tranny's to put in the motor ....

Can I put the GSR Tranny in with my Ls Motor??? Or can I use any other Teg Tranny's, besides the stock tranny that comes with the LS motor??

Also, what do you think would be some good Headers to put in as well. Aftermarket that are not overly expensive but are good for performance???

Thanks for your feedback

Ls tranny is nice cause of the long gears. Sometimes I hate shifting all the time. But a b16, or gsr tranny would work, and from what I have heard is a really nice upgrade to the ls. As far as a performance header (you only have one) search the market place. "jdm" type r is great my friend has one and I love it.
