You'll get your best answers in the All Motor forum for sure.
Having said that what I can tell you is that 440cc is a bit much for the build you're talking about. Again the All Motor forum would be THE place to get this info, but I'm thinking you'll get suggestions alone the 310cc mark possibly.
I guess that you could always trim the fuel back with engine management (not a fuel pressure regulator) and run the injectors at less of a duty cycle. I'd say Hondata, Uberdata, Crome, etc. etc. Fuel pressure regulators only offer blanket adjustments, which means that while some parts of the rpm range may be rich others may be lean. Ideally you want fuel adjustments that allow you to change fuel delvery in increments more like 500rpms or so.
Also I'm honestly not sure what stock B16A injectors are rated at cc wise.

Depending on your piston selection stock injectors could probably do the trick. If your looking for 250-300whp i would suggest 310s, maybe even 370s. But i really doubt your looking for that with 68mm TB setup. So i say start off with stock, hit the dyno. If it shows you need more setup to 310.
Stock injectors are 240cc and are good to about 180-190whp. If you're looking to make a little over 200whp, then 310cc injectors will work just fine for you. The 440s are too large IMO because they'll flow enough to make nearly 300whp. Having said that, there really isn't a downside to having a slightly larger injector. A 440cc isn't too large to have a decent idle...that's about the only concern when sizing injectors
