That does mean it's doing it's job actually. If it were to flex/give...then it would serve no purpose at all.

sweet.. it just seems like that would put alot of stress on his bumper

Them wires coming down from the inside of the bumper, (well you can only see one by his right foot) are most likely attached to the radiator support or bumper support behind the bumper.

To run a splitter effectively, you will need to reinforce the entire front bumper. It does put alot of downward stress up front.

I hope to be getting this one soon.

so stupid.. theres some dude that has one of those on his srt4 around here and those things in the front are anodized orange.. looks sooo funny.

You can get universial ones but they may need to be modified to hold up under track use.
