Looking for an eye bolt in the proper thread size (and strength to attach a harness to) to replace the bolt that bolts the seat to the floor.
Bolt #7 "369680 007 4 BOLT-WASHER (10X27)"

except with an eye bolt.
No I'm not mounting the shoulder harness to this point. I need an online link that I can order from... big thanks!

Yes and yes

I don't know if you'd want to consider this, but the solution most guys use is to just drill a hole in the "transmission tunnel" and stick a generic eyebolt through it. That allows for better placement of the lapbelt mounting as well. Only problem is that now you've drilled a hole in the floor

Yea, I don't really want to drill.... also I have no "tunnel'" the EP3 floor is flat.

I think that seat hardware has a specific bolt size. On my Subaru the bolt on the tunnel uses a different bolt then the rest of the seat mounts. The hole in the rocker panel is the same way too and as such I used the eye bolts that came with my belts.
I don't think that attaching your belts to the points you are looking to do is that wise of an idea either. There are some pretty specific angles that are speced by manufacturers for the best way to mount belts. You don't want to crush your nuts.

I need M12 x 1.25 which is impossible to find.

Mounting it here (seat bracket bolt to car) will put it at an identical angle to the eye bolt mounted to the b-pillar stock seat belt point.

Yes. The console eye bolt would be pointing up and the b-pillar eye bolt pointing into the cabin.
There shouldn't be an issue with that.... should there?
I can't get the console eye bolt facing any other direction.
Here's a pic:
Stock seatbelt mounted to the seat rail (no clearance to add an eye bolt)

My fancy drawings showing where I want to mount the console side eye bolt

They have M12x1.75 but no M12x1.25. I'm starting to think it's not made at all.
I don't want to ask... but what's your guys opinions on sandwiching in something like this?

Yeah...don't do that.
It is possible that an eyebolt in that size DOESN'T exist. In which case you're SOL.

hi.
for my custom ReidSpeed BBK (for Ford Probe and MX-6) i have to have custom metric fasteners (M12 and M14 x 1.25 in special lengths) made for me. i have a vendor that is willing to make anything you want/need. i have them made in grade 10.9 (very high strength).
i order them by the hundred count when i place orders, and they are very expensive.
but, they are available. if you ordered just two, the price per would be very very high (i'd guess over $100 for a pair). but, again, they would be possible to obtain.
if you are willing to pay big $ for this, please feel free and contact me; i could obtain the parts for (i'd need your exact specs).
good luck!

Just got off the phone with a local bolt shop and M12x1.25 eye bolts are not made by anyone. So short of something custom I get I am SOL.

For what it's worth, I'm using the seat mounting bolt for the same purpose, but its M10 x 1.25
After an exhaustive search I did find one manufacturer with that thread pitch, and they also carry the size you were looking for.
They are only available in 1030, but hey better than nothing.
They will direct you to a distributor if you call. I was quoted ~$11 per
