I need the bolt size of the 3 bolts that hold this axel to the block, any ideas?

IIRC they are M10x1.25 (14mm head, shouldered bolt) don't know the length though.

How positive are we that that's the size? Think it'd be safe if I just took a digital caliper and ordered a bolt based of an estimate? If it's too long I can grab some washers
