First of all I wanna say that this is my very first post on honda-tech and that I'm not much of a noob, I'm also a member of jdmcivic.com! But since I'm an owner of a 93 DA9 I needed a forum to learn from for this car and what better forum than honda-tech! Okay now to my question..I'm curious, does anyone else's heater sound like a flapping noise when you turn it on? Cause mine does that and I don't know if that's normal or not. It gets really annoying when you try talking to someone in the car when you hear flapping the whole time! Especially when talking to hot chicks!

it's your blower motor, not your heater

 

haha, my blower motor made a funny buzzing type noise, 6 months later now i have no heat or a/c. im pretty sure its because of my fan switch though. just too lazy to clean it or buy a new one :/

and it sounds like your blower is getting ready to go out. you most likely have the pass. side cowl leak..
