Just picked up an oem ITR intake manifold, but...

i just picked up an oem ITR p73 intake manifold, but the guy who sold me said it was bored to for 68 mm throttle body, but i am planning to use my jdm b16a throttle body which is 60 mm. would that be ok to run that itr intake manifold with the throttle body, i will get a brand new gasket.

'bottleneck' comes to mind. maybe wait until you have your tb matched.

naw, if it was the other way around, it'd be more of a problem. You will be fine the way it is, but to see the full effect, i would either buy a larger TB or have the b16 TB portmatched.
