Are you serious?
Anything will fit... with a little convincing and a lot more $$$
Good luck with that.

Theres soo much more involved to make this happen.
No 1. you'd have to convert to RWD
2. You'd have to cut half the car apart to fit the engine and trans.

Just start with something more simple(like a k-series swap).

No. K swap is definatly not the easiest to do.
Your best bet is to use the search feature and research different swaps.

I saw get your hands on a Type R swap or maybe even an H22, but the R would be a more direct swap with plenty of pep.

K series swap would be good if you have 7 to 10 grand on hand.

if you dont you can aim cheaper and still make good power.

maybe type R, or H22 with a b series trans.
depends on personal preference

<TABLE WIDTH="90%" CELLSPACING=0 CELLPADDING=0 ALIGN=CENTER><TR><TD>Quote, originally posted by Driven &raquo;</TD></TR><TR><TD CLASS="quote">Question:
What's the BEST engine for my Honda?

Answer:
125cc Honda dirt bike motor. It weighs under 50lbs, revs to 10000rpms, and makes 320hp/liter.

There, now that we solved the question that is constantly on everyone's mind, let's talk about pizza.

Seriously now, the best engine for your honda is WHATEVER YOU CAN AFFORD TO BUY!

If you have $1000, DOHC ZC.
If you have $2000, get a 1st gen b16a. It'll cost that much to get it in.
If you have $4000, get a GSR/B18C1.
If you have $5500, get a ITR/B18C5.
If you have $10K, and no use for your car for a month or two... get a K20.
Edited for the Whiners:
This is NOT a complete list, as there are mini-mes, LS-VTEC swaps, budget/poor man's ITRs, etc. Use the damn search button a bit more religiously.

What's the best engine for boost... the one that gets TUNED properly.
What's the best engine for drag racing... the one you spend the most money on making FAST.
What's the best engine for road racing... same thing.
What's the most reliable engine... the one you MAINTAIN religiously.
What's the cheapest engine... the one that's in your car.

if i knew about that before i started on my k swap, i would have purchased the f22c motor instead. it's worth it.

do i think the OP has the money/time/knowledge to do this swap? that's a different story.

yeah if you wanna go that far is better and easier to go with a k20 or k24 . if you do the s2000 motor you gonna have to build a whole new car like cutting the car in half and is a lot of time, money and i never seen anything like that. i seen that swap but on ae86 corollas but not crxs. just stay with a fwd.

yes, but thats a different F series. you're talking about the H/F motor. and yes, quite a few people have done an F2D swap.
