Default Integra won't move in gear?

I just put in a s4c tranny in my integra with a b20. I was having a starting problem when i got it all done and i finally got that figured out. I can now push the clutch in and start the car with no problems.
I know that i need to bleed my clutch, it has air in the line for sure and the fluid is very very dirty.

I can push the clutch in and shift all gears without any grinding.

While the clutch is pushed in and the shifter in 1st gear, i can let the clutch out and the car doesn't go anywhere.

My question is, could this be a problem that bleeding the clutch could solve? if not, what could cause this?

I'm lost and i really need help. I don't think anything went wrong with the trans install, everything went pretty smooth. What could be my problem, any little thing you can think of can help so that i can start diagnosing the problem tomorrow. So far the only thing i can think of is that i need to bleed the clutch. Help! TIA

make sure the drive shafts r in all theway if 1 is out a little u might not see it and that wont let the car move. other then that maybe the trans is broke idk. good luck let me know what you come up with.

ok i came up with a good piece of info. I was thinking about it and figured that if the trans was working correctly and actually spinning, then it would still register some kind of speed on the speedo when i let the clutch out, so i went outside and started her up and put it in gear, let the clutch out in second gear and the speedo jumped up to 30ish mph!!! That can only mean one thing right? that one of the axle's aren't in all of the way, right??? can that mean anything else?
