Default Timing belt

I tried adjusting my dizzy to adjust the timing. but when it's near the 16 it's very advanced. so today, i put the crank pulley at tdc and the cam didnt match up. how do i fix this problem beside redoing the belt? THANKS.

Already searched this, not unless it's new or my keyword didn't fall into category. only very few topics.

There is no magic way to make them line up. If the cam gears dont line up at TDC then you need to pull the belt off, get everything lined up and put the belt back on.
