Default Head Light Alignment ?

Hi there...does anyone have a head light alignment problem? I know that I can adjust the up and down of the lighting angle, but how about left and right? How do I know if my light beam is pointing to the right area?

I"m driving a 97 civic by the way..with the OEM head light housing...

Please give me a little hit...I think my light beam angle is kinda wrong...

There are two adjustment gears, you'll need a philips head screw driver. The vertical adjustment is towards the grill, the horizontal is toward the fenders, and is a bit harder to find and adjust, but its possible.

I know there is a vertical adjustment gear...but I just found that there is a horizontal too...thanks for that...but, I can't tell if my adjustment is correct...i mean the if beam is pointing to the same area...and the amount of beam is even

sorry, one more question guys....it says the 0 mark on the Horizontal gear should be pointed in the middle of the L and R, but after how many turns? The 0 mark will hit the mid point of the L R every turn...is there any guide line?...kinda dump question..but just want to know...Anybody?

Thanks a Ton....

Well, I tried to adj the Left and Right of the head light...nothing happened when I turned the Horizontal gear... the light beam didn't move a bit....only the vertical gear works...is that normal? Do all the head lights of USDM vehicles tended to pointing a bit to the left?

They should be pointing straight ahead, but your right side headlight should be a tiny bit lower than your left light.
