Default Location of headlight relay?96 ek coupe

Is it located near the fuse panel ive checked all the fuses for the headlights on the inside and the one 30 amp on the engine compartment and have changed the bulbs also . The car drivers side window is busted so water has gotten in hoping it didnt hit the ecu. Cause its out in the open.

The ecu is on the passenger side, but that relay if iam not mistaken is in the fuse box in the engine bay.
