Default car hit rev limits/boggs at 4100K

ok i been having a issuse here, car boggs like hitting a rev limiter at 4100K, setup build d16a6 with z6 head on boost @20 lbs, yeah its was tune hitt air fuel around the low 12:1, no cel, we change map, tps, distr, and check the timing base at 16 btdc, around 4100k rpm is 22-26 timing and it still like it is hitting a rev limiter and it chokes. any help??

Is your VSS working? I forgot my 2step was set at 4500 and test drove it while my VSS was busted and that's what it did because it's only supposed to stay on when you're not moving. Good luck
