Cooling fan will not turn on... help!

i might just do that... i am not electronically savvy that is why i am asking this too... if i do that will the fan be on always and how do i do that?
all you're doing is bypassing the relay to see if the motor kicks
if it does, then the motor is fine
i would then proceed to replace the relay....it's cheap anyway

instead of running it straight to the battery if you want it to come on all the time when you start your car then pull the sensor plug off the thermostat cut the plug off and crimp the two wires together.
