Default automatic seat belts

My dad just picked up a 1991 dx 4dr ($1100 ) . The auto seat belts dont work and the honda chiltons guide doesnt have anything in the manual on seat belts. Does anyone know where to start diagnostics or have a wire diagram for the belts? Pics up soon!

Honda seatbelts are under liftime warranty so take it to your local dealer and have them fix it for free. but make sure u tell them to or else they will try to talk themselvs out of it.

they will replace any latches that fail 100% of the time though.

Well from previous threads, other members have gotten their auto belts replaced for free. I went to Honda and they charged me nothing and they replaced the entire seatbelt assembly including electrical parts for no cost. They are supposed to cover everything that has to do with seat belts. Maybe they just tried to get some $$$$ off of you.
