Weird TPS problem, fresh ZC swap
I have a 89 CRX DX and I swapped in a sohc ZC, now I'm getting a CEL code 7 for the TPS. The car is an automatic using a PS9 ecu, and I had already done a MPFI swap long before I got the ZC motor, and I had no codes before I did the ZC swap.
The motor came OBD1 and I used the intake manifold, throttle body, and fuel rail that came with the motor. I had a distributor that was pretty new, so I just used it and my old injectors and stayed OBD0 for simplicity. I also used my old OBD0 engine harness.
Now the car runs perfectly, idles perfectly but I'm getting the code 7. I tried adjusting the TPS using my multimeter, but the highest value I could get was .32 volts. I've tried swapping my old TPS but no luck. I even tried cleaning the FITV after reading a post where that cleared up a guy's code 7.
I'm not sure what else to try. Like I said the car runs perfectly, but I don't like seeing that check engine light on the dash. Any help is appreciated!
