ok i put a engine from an eg in to my ef and the car only revs to 4200 and thats it wont go any higher the ecu says throws out the code for the speed sensor how do i fix it and where is the sensor at

 

-Reset ECM
-Drive in 2nd gear to 4,000RPM then let off gas until 1,500RPM.
If the code comes up> check wires at C409/C304/C112
If not..
-Jack the front up and put on jack stands.
-Turn ignition on
-Slowly rotate left front wheel and measure voltage between B10 (+) and A26 (-)
If the voltage pulses 0V and more than 5V, try a new ECM
If not..
-Disconnect B wire from ECM only, not from main harness.
-Turn ignition on
-Rotate wheel and test again.
If the voltage pulses 0V and more than 5V, try a new ECM.
If not..
Check YEL/BLU or YEL/WHT wire between ECM and VSS for short or open.
