I just got done putting a single cam ZC in my brothers ED sedan. We got fuel, spark and all that but for some reason the injectors are not firing. I know they are good b/c I put them in my hatch and it ran. I tried my ECU, injectors, and resistor box in his sedan and still nada. It has pressure and fuel in the fuel rail. I triple checked the wiring. I'm about out of ideas.

Recheck wiring again, any other engine codes going on ?

 

no codes. i've checked the wiring3 times but i had a running d15b2 w/ mpfi swap before the zc.

 

Check grounds... Time to break out the multi meter.

 

I've checked the injector grounds with my DVOM. I double checked all the engine grounds too. Tomorrow I'ma checked everything again. I know it has to be something supid that I overlooked. Thanx for the ideas, keep them coming. It's just weird that everything seems to be checking out but the injectors don't spit. I was throwing a code for O2 sensor but it just wasn't plugged in b/c I'm relocating it to the rear of the header. Haven't done it yet so I plugged it back it and CEL went away. Still no start.

 

Is there a ground just for the injectors? If so where and what color wires. Im having the same problem. Got spark and fuel at the rail but injectors are not firing.
